CybExer Technologies (cybexer.com) is a NATO-awarded Estonian cybersecurity company founded in 2016.
We are providing and maintaining highly sophisticated cyber security training platforms with a special focus on cyber capability development. Our platforms enable us to deliver exercises aimed at ordinary users, technical responders, and the very top of strategic leadership. Our flagship solution is our cyber range solutions and the highly realistic live-fire exercises conducted on the range. Our capabilities and solutions have been used to conduct some of the world's largest cyber exercises.
CybExer Technologies is looking for a SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE who will work to foster partnerships and relationships with a range of potential clients and help to keep us on the growth track and expand our customer base.
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll actively contribute to our sales results from day one. You are responsible for identifying and generating new sales opportunities through both inbound and outbound sales activities. You love a challenge, working in a goal-driven environment, and succeeding together as a team. You are highly self-motivated, think well out-of-the-box, and easily initiate relaxed but informative two-way conversations with prospects. You have the hunger to succeed and attain goals and don’t shy away from discussing with senior stakeholders of large multinational corporations.
Besides your fellow Sales Development Representatives, you will also be working closely with Account Executives and the Marketing team. You will be reporting directly to the VP of Direct Sales.
Your key responsibilities are:
- Research, identify, and initiate relationships with key decision-makers in world's largest companies through outbound activities based on ideal customer profile and target account lists
- Qualify leads coming from inbound marketing campaigns
- Partner with sales and marketing to continuously improve targeting, messaging, and cadences
- Book qualified meetings with new prospects for Account Executives
Our expectations to you:
- Close to graduation or a recent graduate
- Relevant work experience from Sales and/or Business Development (preferably B2B)
- Strong communication skills in English, including written, verbal and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, tenacious, confident, independent, and have strong attention to detail
- Strong desire to grow as a professional and continuously develop established ways of working
As a plus:
- Previous experience in SaaS, Enterprise Sales, Software industry
- Previous experience in using relevant sales technologies such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo etc.
- Understanding of Cyber Range and/or Cybersecurity (you’ll be selling to Cybersecurity professionals).
- German/French or Spanish language
